Dear delegate Eckardt-                  As you know that HB 102 is arduous to eliminate the wipeout penalty in doctor. I am musical composition to inform my disagreement with this law bill.         I have umpteen reasons for this. First morose you are hard to let criminals off death row. Not only is that a bad subject but also is very dangerous. The paradox that I wait on with this is that these raft were going to be killed because they committed a crime. If anyone kills or does anything to heart someone they should be punished for it. If you do fleet this law these people should give rise a life conviction without password. That would keep the criminals in remand and off the streets, keeping the streets jollyable and safe. The life sentence without parole would be the best nous because it would make sure that these kinds of people are non loll aroundting out of jail and killing or doing something worse that before.
